We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Service Refunds: Refunds for ongoing services may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of service commencement
• Development Projects: Custom development projects are subject to milestone-based payments with refunds available for incomplete milestones
• Consultation Services: Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered
• Refund Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hi@cubikalabs.xyz with detailed reasoning
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request individually based on the specific circumstances and services provided.
